About the role

We are expanding, and the US market is becoming increasingly important. Your responsibility will be to manage our existing US clients and expand our business in the US market. We work with many strong brands like Philips, HP, Lego, Dell, and Cisco, but also with retailers like Facebook, Amazon, and Google.  This will give you warm connections and introductions in the market. 

Main responsibilities

  • Identify and approach decision-makers within the client organization and turn this into increased business
  • Implement the sales strategy (terms of sales, sales processes, etc.)
  • Research and build relationships with existing and new clients
  • Develop and expand long-term customer relationships
  • Prepare and execute contract negotiations
  • Develop and implement sales-driven marketing / promotional activities
  • Participate in trade fair shows / Set up customer events
  • Reports to Icecat board of directors

Your profile

  • Master degree in International Business or similar studies
  • Strong affinity with e-commerce platforms and services
  • Self-reliant team player
  • Structured way of working, basing decisions on solid analysis
  • Negotiation and organizational skills
  • Self-confidence, friendly and customer-driven
  • Strong communication skills and dynamic personality
  • Creative
  • Work experience in the SaaS business is a plus
  • Experience form account management and sales
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • A flexible attitude, not a 9 to 5 mentality
  • Network in the IT and electronics industry is a big plus
  • Native English, other languages are a pre
  • Proven track record and contact in the B2B area
  • Driving license B
