About the role

We are on the lookout for 2 talented interns to join our sales and marketing team in Amsterdam. If you are able to work with us from 01/06/2022 for 6 months in our office in Amsterdam and you can see yourself in this profile, apply below!

Main responsibilities

  • Lead generation: building a database of leads, assessing them, leading e-mailing campaigns, tracking and updating prospect portfolio using our CRM, obtaining key information about targeted prospects
  • Identifying relevant trade fairs and organizing our participation
  • Customer success: developing a customer loyalty strategy, gathering feedback and analyzing user experience to suggest ways of improving it, training and supporting customers in using the product/service, proposing services to customers to improve their satisfaction (up-selling or cross-selling)
  • Partnership development: conducting market research, identifying opportunities
  • Collaborate on the marketing strategy for the French market: content creation for LinkedIn, communicating our new brand partnerships, proposition of ideas
  • Translation tasks
The two trainees will be complementary. Depending on the profiles found and the preferences of each, one may focus more on prospecting, the other on customer success.

Your profile

  • Bachelor or Master in Business, Marketing, Sales (preferred)
  • French native, good knowledge of English (collaboration with country managers worldwide)
  • Not afraid of contacting people

  • Good eye for detail
