About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and maximizing an existing portfolio of retail and brands accounts and continuous development of new and existing accounts in line with ambitious growth plans.

Main responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with brand and retail accounts in France and a global level
  • Develop and expand long-term customer relationships
  • Create and maintain a business plan throughout the whole year.
  • Prepare and execute contract negotiations
  • Work closely and monitor sales for each account.
  • Develop and implement sales driven marketing / promotional activities
  • Participate in trade fair shows / Set up of customer events
  • Leading the relation with the toys associations – FJP and FCJPE.

Your profile

  • Previous experience within the toy industry is a plus.
  • Structured way of working, basing decisions on solid analysis
  • Self-confidence, friendly and customer-driven
  • Deliver key revenue targets according to the business plans.
  • French native speaker and have a good command of English
  • Proven track record and contact in the toys area are a plus
