About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to help us carry on our customers and communicate the issues within the teams. Please come join us if you are feeling passionate about problem-solving and are a customer-oriented person.

Main responsibilities

  • Client support (communication with customers using Fresh Desk and email), answering calls,
  • Contacting current customers,
  • Proactively communicate issues status,
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, IT, Marketing, Product, Customer Support),
  • Daily administrative work,
  • Working with xls feeds.
