🎯 Main Responsibilities
- Client support (communication with customers using Fresh Desk and email), answering calls
- Contacting current customers
- Proactively communicate the status of issues
- Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, IT, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support)
- Daily administrative work
- Working with XLS feeds

- Ability to quickly process customer requests

- Strong communication skills
- High self-motivation
- Intermediate English level (verbal and written)
