👏 About the Role

We are looking for a Retailer Activation Manager who will drive the connection between Icecat and major European retailers, particularly within the IT and Consumer Electronics sectors. Your role will focus on developing e-commerce projects, fostering strong relationships with international brands, and expanding our business through strategic lead generation. You’ll play a crucial part in enhancing our clients’ online presence and performance by providing insightful advisory services and tailored business solutions.

🎯 Main Responsibilities

  • Connect major European retailers in various sectors (ex: IT, CE)
  • Develop e-commerce projects with international brands in various sectors (ex: IT, CE)
  • Generate new business opportunities by working with our existing network
  • Create and follow great strategies for lead generation and increase our online network
  • Guide customers towards the best business solutions
  • Thrive in project and account management, customer advisory, and commercial development

🎓 Your Profile

  • Expertise in e-commerce systems such as CRM, OMS, ERP, PIM, DAM
  • Knowledge of integration methods (API, JSON, CSV)
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas (and macros as a bonus)
  • Basic programming skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or any other programming language is a great plus
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central platforms
  • Excellent relationship-building skills is important
  • Initiative, curiosity, and strong analytical abilities
  • C1 level English proficiency, knowledge of German, Italian, Spanish, French is a plus
  • Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally
  • Digital or CRM consulting experience is a great plus
