Account Manager Toys & Entertainment

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in the toys and entertainment sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, and driving new business development. You will work closely with the account management team to build and maintain customer relationships and actively contribute to the success of our clients and our organization.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Engage new customers through phone and email, with face-to-face meetings when appropriate
  • Lead contract negotiations and customer integration
  • Support customers in implementing Icecat solutions
  • Contribute to sales and marketing strategy discussions
  • Attend trade shows and industry events
  • Report to the Toys & Entertainment lead
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the toys and entertainment market
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent support and communication
  • Master’s Degree in International Business, Economics, BA, or similar studies
  • Strong affinity with e-commerce platforms and services
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Structured way of working, basing decisions on solid analysis
  • Negotiation and organizational skills
  • Self-confidence, friendly and customer-driven
  • Strong communication skills and dynamic personality
  • 3+ years experience in account management and sales
  • Work experience in the SaaS business is a plus
  • Flexible working with different time zones
  • Experience in the IT and/or toys industry is a big plus
  • Fluent English; Fluent Dutch; other languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or is willing to learn
  • Proven track record 
  • Hands-on and target-oriented
