We seek a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our most important client relationships within the toys and entertainment sector. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts, ensuring long-term success, and identifying growth opportunities. You will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing tailored solutions and developing strong partnerships to help clients optimize their online presence and achieve their business goals.

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with (key) accounts in the toys and entertainment industry
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive client success and business growth
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth customer integration
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for key clients
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market trends and data analysis
  • Attend and represent Icecat at industry events and trade shows
  • Report to the Toys & Entertainment lead and contribute to the overall business strategy
  • Track account performance and prepare regular reports for management and clients
  • Master’s Degree in International Business, Economics, BA, or similar studies
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in the toys, entertainment, or e-commerce industries
  • Fluent English; Fluent Dutch; other languages are a plus
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Strong sales background with proven success in managing high-value accounts
  • Strategic, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions
  • Affinity with e-commerce and digital solutions
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
  • Cozy office in Amsterdam and/or Nieuwegein
