👏 About the Role
We are looking for a PIM (SaaS) Business Development Manager to further develop Icecat`s Product Information Management Platform business. Your responsibility will be to build a strong pipeline with our PIM and related solution offerings and generate a deal flow with recurring revenue. Your focus will be generating new business either by winning new clients or by utilizing Icecat`s existing client network using our syndication and catalog solutions.
🎯 Main Responsibilities
- Create a PIM pipeline by prospecting key brands, retailers, and distributors and offering them Icecat`s cutting-edge content management and syndication solutions
- Identify and approach decision-makers within the target client organization and generate recurring revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and continuously explore expansion opportunities
- Prepare and execute contract negotiations
- Develop and implement sales-driven marketing / promotional activities
- Participate in trade fair shows / Set up of customer events
- Reports to the Commercial Director
🎓 Your Profile
- Master’s Degree in International Business, Economics, BA, or similar studies
- Strong affinity with e-commerce platforms and services
- Self-reliant team player
- Structured way of working, basing decisions on solid analysis
- Negotiation and organizational skills
- Self-confidence, friendly and customer-driven
- Strong communication skills and dynamic personality
- 5 years experience in account management and sales
- Work experience in the SaaS business is a plus
- Flexible working with different time zones
- Network in the IT and electronics industry is a big plus
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus
- Proven track record and contact in the B2B area
- Hands-on and target-oriented
